My mom suffer PD. She used 3tablet of Madopar125 3times per day...
Its about 2months that she see some not true things , animals , humans...
At first her doctor indicate Serequel for her. But she did not get well and even get worse. Then doctor has stoped serequel and decrease Madopar. Half of Mad125 3times per day. She get better 80 percent. Then doctor decrease Mad more and indicate half of Mad125 2times per day and half of Serequel25 per night. But now she is worth again. What should i do?

Levodopa i.e madopar 125 increases dopamine levels in brain and used as treatment for parkinson's. Unfortunately many times it does increase dopamine levels in areas responsible for hallucinations. Quetiapine/seroquel is to reduce these hallucinations. Since she was indeed better without quetiapine you may request your neurologist the same. All the best!
