1.How long the Antidepressant treatment lasts for Generalized Anxiety Disorder? 2.is it hard to wean off antidepressants

Can we take nexito 5mg after taking tinzit tab in a day with a difference of some hours in between.

I am 24 years old. Sometimes I try to remember my childhood memories(when I was 5-10 years old) and doubting something wrong. I don't sure that the wrong thing had been happened. But I doubt everytime.And I try to solve my doubt. But I can't. This makes my unhappy.I can't concentrate my study.I am thinking that why that wrong things happened in my childhood.
