Hi there, A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every patient. In addition to that, a detailed mental status examination is also recommended for every case to make a diagnosis and the management of the case accordingly. Some of the information you have provided is not sufficient to make a diagnosis. And , one thing… this can’t be described as normal. At your age, it’s important to rule out some of the medical illnesses in addition to the psychiatric disorders. Psycho stressors are to be ruled out and management of the symptoms accordingly. Are you on some kinds of drugs of abuse or alcohol?
Next Steps
Be positive in your thoughts. Try to include Yoga in your day to day life.
