It's crucial to consult a mental health professional to explore and understand your symptoms. Panic attacks may be indicative of anxiety, and therapy can help identify triggers, provide coping strategies, and address any underlying issues. Seeking support is a proactive step toward managing and improving your mental well-being.
Hi
Few symptoms may include
Needing longer, deeper breaths.
Chills in the body.
Feeling of lack of oxygen, brain starts to fade.
Eyes feel heavy.
Dread for little or no immediate reason.
Feeling of impending doom/death.
Sadness and looking back into the worst memories.
If you have one you will know it. If it din’t impact you it was not a panic attack.
If you can’t do your routine work, focus or what you set out to do for the day due to external triggers is equivalent to a panic attack.
Changing the way you think and feel about the symptoms of panic attacks. It is about understanding the reality of panic and its sensations.
The best example: Thinking logically.
Next Steps
