How much the cost of this treatment and how long it takes , she need this asap, she keep on pushin me away because of her depression

Regret the marriage decision taken in hurry and under pressure. I don't see a happy me continuing my marriage neither considering the divorce for my family sake.

I want to know if I have bipolar disorder because I feel like I been having symptoms a lot such as mood changes

I am facing serious kind of mood swings. I had my periods so it thought it's because of them but now it's hard for me to stay stable ...Even for sleeping I have to do 100 things like deep breathing,walking and eyes shutoff and on again n again. Please help me. I am feeling like this life worth no more and sometimes I feel totally motivated. Suggest something. And still I think I am unable to wrote what I feel in a proper way.

I got traumatized to work as a nurse and now I dont want to work anymore as a nurse

Since 5 months,I am suffering with Anxiety, Apathy, restlessness, depression, increased appetite but unable to eat inspire of hunger, extreme weakness. All tests came normal. Psychiatrist said it's depression & prescribed Mirtaz 15mg. Am still feeling extreme weakness compared to initial period of 5 months and unable to do any activity. Also I am unable to sleep if I don't take Restyl. Other symptoms still exisit.looking for second opinion.

In 2009 i had a break up with my best friend till now we didn't speak to each other and it is not possible also, but still now it hurts when i remember him. How can i overcome this
