I have been crying almost daily for 2 months. I cannot control my anger. I cannot talk to anyone about how i feel. I don't like anyone. I am tired of all this.

Hello sir/madam I had a nerve pinched 8 months back due to bad sleeping posture. My neurologist doctor advised me to take lonazep 0.25 mg I took lonazep for 8 months but left 12 days ago. I have done with MRI brain and MRA neck vessels and vitamin b12 , vitamin D, cervical, sugar and all but everything is fine except vitamin D which is 4 Please guide me why I am feeling jerks and vibrations in my head ? 90% jerks and vibration occurs at night while sleeping

I have been suffering from guilt since past 7-8 months. I am not able to deal with the situation

Is there any medication tablet or anxiety tablet to overcome those fears. plz help me.

I have had social anxiety where when I am alone, I find it very hard to interact with people. I feel awkward, mostly when the people around me are acquaintances who I know a little of. I feel like I have been seeing them for so long but I have no idea how they are and what they like to talk about. I just smile and stand alone smewhere people won't notice. One of my hobbies is photography but since I am not comfortable around people, I tend to avoid it when there are others around.
