I have low self esteem , hopelessness ,Does not have any interest in anything ,Always feel low about myself

Loneliness,  doubts husband, abuses husband, wants to go out always. no activity no household chores

I have quite a few signs of depression. Problems with coping up with day to day life, distorted food habits and am really lacking motivation to do anything anymore.

Lithium level changes with change of season I am on medicine for last 18 years. If I stop medicine I face same problem. I start getting hyper during this period

Iam taking clonazepam(klonopin) a.k.a. a benzodieazepiene 0.25 mg once a day,for past 6 months...it provided me calmness to my anxiety as I suffer from Generalised Anxiety Disorder(GAD) and frequent panic attacks almost 1-2 a day...But now my body developed tolerance to it...w/o it I get insomnia for one night...How to stop it completely..Advice me

Whether GAD is cured by counselling or only medication is the solution. Whether antidepressants will help and what are the side effects. Whether GAD is anywhere nearer or equal to schizophrenia .

Ever since i was a kid i cant control my emotions like anger even on the little things. Sometimes i get angry on pointless things, cry on useless things but sometimes im also kind. But i always get guilty right after i get mad too, like i always get barked at wrong person like person whos always there for me and i be kind on wrong person also.
