Adopted at 4.5 yrs. Went through several "trial runs" with prospective parents. Never felt connected. My first night in my new "home", I came downstairs and was asked what was I doing. I responded that: "I just wanted to know if you were still here" I inherently knew there was a relationship problem between my adoptive parents. You go through 5 parents, u pick up on these subtle cues. I have sabotaged numerous promising relationships. Now I feel im doing them a favour by remaining single

Hello Dr, My sister, Bushra, is a 12 yrs old special child. She is mentally weak by birth. We assume that she is autistic but we haven't been able to get a proper answer from any doctor about her condition yet. She has difficulty in speech and is very thin for her age, only weighing 21kgs. She has a tendency to hit herself in the face with her fists, which results in a black eye most of the times. As she is growing, she is developing a tendency to scream non-stop for hours. From few months, her abdomen looks bloated. Doctors had said there was a infection in her intestines, for which she was being treated until recently, with not much improvement. Earlier this week, we got her MRI scanned in SRMS Hospital, Bareilly (UP). I have attached the report with this note. She is on medication too. Please advise from your expertise what you think of her condition and have any comments to share on the MRI report or any other suggestions regarding any doctor, treatment, therapy etc. Thanks a lot.

I am an undergraduate student . Throughout school I was quite good in studies. However ever since joining college my grades have dropped. The field of study which I have chosen has a very limited number of places for doing masters in. I am preparing for them but I have lost motivation to study and pursue this goal. I don't know what I want anymore. Further ever since my friends have gotten into relationships there is this thought at the back of my head about why I am not like them?

Hi My daughter who is 12 years old me and her school teachers notice That she is very has isolated personality she doesn't make friends at all she does like not talk people in any topic she has no any aim in her life she doesn't eat home made food she eats only specific food item which caused highly deficiency of vitamin D and protein whenever we try to convince her and council she doesn't want to discuss about it she doesn't take any interest in her school study always she watch YouTube

My mind just blocks out itself for about 30 45 seconds. My senses feels to have stopped at that time. I dont hear, talk or can do anything. This happens nearly twice a day and makes me constantly stresses

Hello there, i like to ask about depression. i dont know if i have it (i dont enjoy regular moment). also if i have anxiety cause i am bit worried even things go right for me. also i have this condition since i was 9th standard rght now i am 24yrs old

I had discussed about my problem earlier and i was suggested to consult a psychiatrist as there were symptoms of anxiety and depression. Is there some sort of help i can get for free?
