Any response to my two questions on new drug for ocd not able to concentrate focus on anything please suggest with prescription

How to cope with a narcissistic wife who always plays the victim and tries to manipulate realty in marriage? With kids it's not easy to walk out. Silent treatment, no physical contact, tries to isolate me and makes me feel guilty if I express my view. Any solution to cope as with time our reality gets distorted. Sleeping separate for years I recently got a pet dog. She used it as an excuse and walked out of the house blaming me that I purposely got a pet to chase her out. And she cries when I get this topic saying I am selfish as she is scared of dogs. The damage done to me for years prompted me to get a pet dog for healing. Now I really think, is it really my fault? Any suggestions?

I am a married guy, i am happy with my wife she is caring and mangaing the house & kid, but my sex life is not like what i want , its boring sex life, as me and my wife slightly opposite in bed. she want only vanilla sex and however i like kinky, BDSM, sex toys or explore new things in bed. i shared her some youtube video for exploration but she doesn't shown interest. she has childish behaviour. I was in the bathroom to freshen up so I masturbated today and after that I wash my penis with water, but I felt like the sleeve of my hoodie touched my penis and since then I have been feeling that my semen is on my sleeve, since I checked there was nothing like that, after that I washed my hands and picked up the 20 liter water tank and put it in the cool cage and during the same time my sleeve touched the back part of the water tank, since then I have been feeling that my semen went into that water and I have committed a sin and my family members will drink that water,  what should I do now, I am feeling very nervous and uneasy! I can't tell this to my family members and also cannot throw a 20 liter water tank! Can someone pregnant by drinking that water?

I am able to masturbate properly but when I do sex I do ejaculate early or not able to get proper erection ( I have stopped masturbating from past month but still the same issue)

Hello doctors, I need some help here I feel I have had anxiety all my life but now it had gotten worse. I am always stressed and distracted. I am always procasnating and then worrying about it. I am just always scared but don't really know about what. I have tired medicines which were prescribed by doctors they are Fluvoxin, Arpizol and lonazep but they didn’t really help. Could you please suggest me some medication which will really calm me down. I am anxious all the time. I just need to feel calm.
