I am able to masturbate properly but when I do sex I do ejaculate early or not able to get proper erection ( I have stopped masturbating from past month but still the same issue)

Hello doctors, I need some help here I feel I have had anxiety all my life but now it had gotten worse. I am always stressed and distracted. I am always procasnating and then worrying about it. I am just always scared but don't really know about what. I have tired medicines which were prescribed by doctors they are Fluvoxin, Arpizol and lonazep but they didn’t really help. Could you please suggest me some medication which will really calm me down. I am anxious all the time. I just need to feel calm.

I was once prescribed Tramadol and acetaminophen 3 months ago for pain now the pain is gone but still take this particular pain killer from time to time it makes me feel good... should i check this with a doctor? Am i addicted?

I have bipolar disorder and take olanzapine. I have insomnia and have tried trazodone and anti histamine for it with no relief. My doctor has prescribed dayvigo. Is it safe in bipolar and suitable for long term use?
