I have severe pain in my head which starts in the evening my eyesight check up is ok , blood pressure is ok then also i race pain in my entire head in the eveni ng

I have a boyfriend but I was having a crush on my manager ,my manager insulted me so badly and asked me not ever ping him...after that my life has became a disaster...i am fighting with everyone. .I am unable to sleep properly

Since past 4months, I haven't been sleeping well at night. I am effortlessly awake till 2-3am in the night while before I was a person who would fall alseep by 11-11:30pm. I have realised I get very very anxious about friends judging me for my likings and dislikings and probably leaving me. I've already seen so many of them leave, I just don't want to go through the pain again. I lost the most dearest friend I ever had in my life a year back, and I still wait for her to come back.

I am 21 years old. I tend to lose my calm very often nowadays. I feel like I'm not in the right frame of mind most of the time.. I feel anxious. Various things go on in my mind because of over thinking. I don't know what's causing it but I can assume that it is some kind of insecurity about my capabilities. I am afraid of failure.

I am confused about what to do in life, there are things that i want to do ,like getting a good body , getting good grades, and having said that, i would like to say that i am having the best facilities too , but i am always beaten by procrastination always and so i feel dull and low most times, i just don't want to feel lazy and so diverted , for outside world i am super awesome , happy, that "he has all the solution" type person, super intelligent but from inside i am puzzled, unsolved.

My girlfriend. She cannot sleep. She hears Screams inside her head in night time because something happened.. and the meds that she takes to sleep are too heavy. Her doctor says they have to do it so that it works. She vomits blood. Just blood sometimes. I love her. Save her.

With suffering with some sort of depression Now a days I'm easily forgetting things, too often I forget things within seconds. At work while I'm doing something and if someone calls me or interrupts me, after talking to them I forget what I was actually doing before they came and when I think back all I get is blank, nothing at all. It's like it's been erased. It's frustrating that I'm forgetting things within seconds and it's hard to think back and remember which hardly happens.

Does OCD causes lack of thought process in mind, ie not able to think of anything , not able to give importance?

I has a relation with this guy for 8 years and he was madly in love with me. He had this issue with me that I wasn't much expressive. But he always agreed that yes I do care for him alot. HE recently met a girl studying psychiatry. He started sharing his life story with her and taking therapy sessions. He opened himself infront of her alot which lead to the girl asking him to leave me and give a thought before marrying me. He all of a sudden left me and proposed her and now there are in love.

I m more into procrastination and later it makes me stressed. When there is time I don't feel like doing my work but later on it builds pressure on me and then I start vomiting , tachycardia etc. I am afraid of failure ,getting socially awkward and console myself with new excuses everytime. I get envy of other people also and try to avoid those People.
