Feeling Anxious and Low

I feel low almost all the time. I take sleep more than normal and still feel exhausted. Feel like an urge to cry all the time. Unable to concentrate. I have been experiencing loss of memory in very basic activities and always need someone to keep a close contact with me. An unexplained fear for things I am not able to realize. Please Help

Inability to concentrate and memorise

I am a 24 year old student pursuing competitive entrance exams for further studies. I hav always been and intelligent and top ranker student with a strong memory. But offlate my academic performance is wavering to the point that i myself cannot imagine that its me,who is soo lost. As much as i want to study well memorise stuff and work hard to achieve my goals,i just cannot. Apart from thr academic part, my memory aspect is normal though concentration issue is present. This is becoming extremely distressing for me as i near my exams. Also i am not feeling as social as i used tp be wand mostly prefer to keep myself limited to only my family and home. And something actually does not feel right to me about myself. Please help!! As i near exams, i am becoming more anxious. Sleep appetite and blood investigations are normal.

About fear and depression

My attitude, way of behaviour,

When I am able to do start  any work with concentrate am not fullfiling it. any thing  2 or 3 days i will do afterwards I will quit. And lot of thinking , always thinking about usless things. And not listening to any of the words, what they are saying. I will sleep more than 10 hrs,but after waking up i will realize that i slept only for 1 hour. My body will not suppose to work sometimes. Some times my mind will become like cruel,thinking with lot of  cruel ideas. Am normal human being like everyone,I have goals, I can do work,But in same time am unable to concentrate on it. But I can do what is right for me,In these cases I faced so many problems. Till now I dont know what I want to do in my life,What i want to become. Mostly I think about girls. I want to consult any Psychology doctor for this
