Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Sleep is very essential for both physical and mental health of any individual. While you may think the reason is due to anxiety and stress, it's equally important to understand the actual root cause triggering such stress or anxiety. As body and mind are interlinked, even body condition like digestion issues, type of food, Taste , nervousness, body pain, headache, constipation etc can also influence sleep disorders. Understanding your low weight condition and emotional disturbances, the problem could also be due to imbalance of air energy or Vata in your body. (as per ayurveda terms) So it needs a holistic approach to identify the root cause and recommendation of treatment plan. Feel free to reach out to me online for further evaluation to recommend a suitable solution. I am also an ayurveda wellness counseller and can suggest solutions like home remedies, self therapies, lifestyle changes or excersise to overcome this problem. Be positive. You will be alright soon.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
