I have extreme anxiety issue and panic attacks i can't control my overthinking tht now i evn start experiencing chest pain and left arm pain or muscle twitching ..tingling .. am i goin to die soon with heart attack or sumthing .. wt to do .. kindly suggest something..

I believe I am done with my depression but I have never understood why else I should remain alive. It's been years since I have been supposedly okay. Why have I not yet found the purpose of living? I still want to die, very matter of factly. Could I still be depressed? I'm fully functional now unlike before.
