I am suffering from general anixity disorder doctor gave me flunil fluoxetine syrupy twice a day what is the correct dose 40mg or 60 mg

From few months  fear of death has stuck in mind, some time intensity increase and sometimes decrease, before I was facing lack of interest along with these fear of death now intrest level bit increased but because of this fear of death which goes in mind is not making to take of any thing , am on nexito ls?

My 47 years old mother was prescribed Lonazep md 0.5, Amitryn 10 at MORNING and Paxidep Cr 12.5 at NIGHT for depression and forgetfulness. But by mistake she took the MORNING medicine (Paxidep) at NIGHT along with (lonazep md). Paxidep was supposed to be taken after 5 days. Also (Amitryn) was not taken any day. It had been 5 days like this. What should be done now? >>>Should she start taking the medicine course correctly this time? (I'm attaching the prescription image.)

I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and I a denied. I still deny it. I don't know if I have that or not. This is sort of a second counsel. Coming to the problem, I have problems with someone else keeping an eye on my idiosyncrasies. Everytime I touch my nose or run my hand through my hair or twitch my leg, I get this feeling that I am being watched by someone sitting next to me. Because Everytime I do that, I see a sort of reaction in the person sitting next to me. Like a peculiar sound they make or they cough or they start talking loudly about something. Another thing that I have noticed recently is that whenever someone passes near me (in office setting), the whole team of guys around me start coughing, one or two at a time. In a way to distract me from what I am doing, so that I cough to reduce their noise and they get to know that I can get that angry. *This just occurred while I was writing about this* But it is a problem nonetheless and I need to get out of it.

I lost weight in 2011 only by dietplan around 15 kgs and before starting diet my weight was 54 and after around 40 which made me look very lean.after that i started eating normally but till now whenever i eat something i feel guilty even if i gain weight around 48 it makes me feel very anxious and i stop eating anything i don't know how but i can control myself. everyone around me feels that i m very weak but i can't eat .even because of this my bowel  is very irregular.i almost remains anxious for some or the other thing .keeps on thinking about my studies results and these things.i just want myself to be anxiety free.

I am suffering from depression from last 20 years and taking alopethic treatment. Medicines I have use serta100mg, paxidep 37.5 lamitor 200 mg, nexito 20 mg, I was fine with these medicines 14 years., But from last one and half year no medicines working, I am taking prodep 60,20 mg,lithium 600 mg, lamitor 100 mg, clonal 225 mg, zapiz 0.50 but no relief.

What do one do after loss of only child? My uncle and aunt had a 18 yrs old boy. He lost his life 3 days ago after getting electric shock. They are crying always and very very sad. He was a bright student. My uncle is telling why should he live now.
