I cannot sleep in night from last 1-2month. Also having headache at back side of my head from last 7-8 days. Gain weight around 8kg in last 6month. Want to know anything serious?.

I'm suffering from depression since last 4 years and I have taken 1.Escitalopram+ clonazepam 2. Fluoxetine+ amisulpride 3. escitalopram+ venlafaxine+clonazepam Even after this I'm only 60-70% better. What are the medicines that are mostly given as an adjunct tgerapy when ssri doesn't work. I know u will say it depends on the case but I have same symptoms which are there in depression (nothing new) What are the meds that have helped people so that I could ask my psychiatrist for them. Whatever combination that has worked on your patients(Combinations that are usually given). Eg. antipsychotics, stimulants etc.. Please help. Anything other than tricyclic and MAOIs. Please help, I don't want to die. Multiple answers from doctors will be very helpful

I'm in immense pain After suffering for 5 years from depression I have come to know that psychiatry is a pseudoscience which is being marketed as scientific. 1.The person who is suffering needs to get the blood test done, Thyroid, D3,B12 etc then nothing is found 2. SSRI(nexito) + Clonazepam is given 3. fluoxetine/sertaline with Atypical antipsychotic 4.SNRI +SSRI ... Then regular therapy is suggested in which dumb psychologists gives tools from some dumb book written by some stupid intellectual who doesn't understand that disease is not coz of thought but coz of changes in memory (memorising and retaining anything) which is never possible by changing thought pattern Then your condition is termed as treatment resistant U are needed to maintain this illness for whole life which makes your life hell and u can't do suicide coz people will think u are weak and u don't want to be a curse on your family especially mother. If there is any help that is possible then plz help

Hi, my friend had very tragedic life & she lost her bf due to her nature, she is very impatient, she couldn't bare if something is happening against her mind, sometimes she is all fine but suddenly she starts irritating & talking about past, she feels frustated , sometimes she feel bad & emotional for her family & later after remembering something she also start abusing. Main problem is she is not ready to consult any doctor, she was earning very good salary but she left her job & says now she dont want to do, her living is difficult now & she says she want to get married but she dont select any guy, her parents are getting very weak to handle her & she is out of control to them,she is very well educated. she dont sleep properly in night, she just eat so much all the time & she talks anything which was happened earlier she links her past with anything in future also she talks positive about something now & later she ll talk negative about same, nobody knows what should be done

I have been suffering from anxiety, depression and hallucinations problems. I need consultation with a psychiatrist who can help me get out of the problem. I am extremely sensitive person, Ego centric, not easily mingling with people, my relationships are harder, one side love failure etc.

My inner voice not letting me sleep, keep on saying something about persons I hate, who cheated me, past incidents which hurt me. Please save me from that voice.

From past few days, I am suffering from anxiety disorder.I suddenly come in a situation in which u can't talk I can't walk I can even let anyone know what's wrong with me. I'm unsure if I have depression or just having depressed moments. Have been feeling this for very long, but unsure whether i need to check on this. Looking up online - but that's never useful. I'm not sure how to proceed with this or should I just ignore this.
