I'm feeling very lonely since a long time! Don't know what to do! No girlfriend and no proper friends

I have been facing difficulties with focusing on things that I need to do all my life but they have started bothering me more and more recently. Apart from this I am not able to sleep at all. No matter what I do or how much I keep busy or work everyday, I don't get any sleep at all.

My mind is under pressure...Suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder...Please help me how to come out of this...I m so worried...

Dear Doctor, My father increase smoke quantity . Some time I think he feel very nervous maybe . Pain in feet some time . 2.5 packets in 24 hour . He smoke in night time also. Please suggest and who can able to diagnose so I can book appointment. Please reply if you able to dignose issue. Please please please

Been on sertralin for 6 days. Having uncomfortable side effects. Palpitations. Anxious. Can't sleep. Pressure in my ears. Loss of appetite.

Sir/Madam, Iam suffering from OCD since 2013. I already taken CBT in Nimhans, bangalore in 2015. Iam continuing Nexito 30mg, Clonotril 0.5 mg at night. I got some relief above treatment and medication. Right now i am afraid about AIDS, Syringes, Dust contamination. I need advance treatment like rTMS. Please suggest me regards. I am bank cashier. I am having             E-meditec TPA insurance card also.

Why do i feel like i am scared doing my job and it felt like i need to muster up some courage to do it. I feel not confidrnt about myself and want to cry even before i started. I was diagnosed with double depression last year and i don't know if it is an episode or not. 😔

My niece is short tempered. She is misbehaving with everyone in her home and relatives when someone ask her anything she behaves rudely but she well behaved with her friends. She don't know why she is angry so much. When I asked her you behaved rudely to me then she said no I didn't say anything. She told me that she don't like anything. Her mood is swinging in every few minutes. Her mother is in depression and her mother's treatment is running. We are worried about that she is suffering from any mental problem.

Is it possible to take cortisol level test at lab as self. Is there any doctor prescription. If the level is  very high what shall i do.

From last 2 months I am very disturbed. I feel depressed most of the time and don't want to communicate with anyone. my blood pressure dropped to 96/65.I keep on doing things that are beyond my nature.Is it any serious health issue? Am I suffering from any mental problem? Actually the reason is that my ex has cheated me.We were in a long distance relat,ionship since 3 years and he is confused with what he should do.He ignores me like hell now.And I am not able to adjust myself now.Its becoming difficult.I tried everything to stay away of his thoughts. Deleted all memories,blocked every contact and we never had anything physical.But I am emotionally attached to him.and he is a play boy. Please tell me if this may lead to any mental disease?
