I'm going through some problems in my marital life and I usually don't give up on things. That way I'm mentally very strong and I have solutions to deal with certain problems in my life. I easily get over some problems but this time it's hard really hard. Generally I help out my friends facing emotional issues and most times it has worked for them as well but today I'm not able to find solutions for my problems. I have tried every possible way to fix my marriage but nothing seems to work for me. And there are some suppressed thoughts that I would like to talk to some counselor online. I'm not getting the option to do it. Kindly please help, I need to talk to someone.

Hi, my psychologist has prescribed me flunil (cal 20 mg once a day) + Tab Lonazep 25mh hs for night for mild depression. My question is, can i still continue my birth control pils called yamini with the above (Drospirenone IP - 3mg / Ethinylestradiol IP - 0.03 mg)? Or should i stop taking the birth control whilst i'm on the above mild antidepressants?

My son is 15yrs old and he is having OCD he was under medication PRODEP 60MG AND Frisium 5mg once daily. There is only marginal improvement so Dr has changed the medication to PAROXETINE PROLONGED RELEASE TABLETS 12.5mg and ARIFINE 2.5MG TABLET HALF ONCE DAILY AT Night. I'm very worried about the medicines that are changed. Is there any ayurvedic treatment for this. Please advise

I have brother that have issue in brain .treatment running with gorakhpur hospital .his behavior .like he talk to air unwanted hand movement on air . its very long time treatment running .first issue reported 4 year ago .he was not able to identify anyone and he talk air and speak on air and moving hand .any possibility for good treatment .Please suggest .

One of my relative keep saying he will commit suicide..age:55yrs MALE,psychological background: suddenly stopped alcohol 2yrs back,watches tv shows like crime stories,profession was a recovery agent...no positive thinking for family.Always thinks only about his happiness & enjoyment. Hello Doctor. I'm suffering from anxiety and panic attacks since one year and so from muscle twitches. I don't know whats the reason but I get lot of twitching near the temples, near eyebrows and arms. This will not happen daily but it comes and goes and I'm unable to get rid of this completely. All my medical reports are normal and many doctors I met told me this as anxiety but though I try to accept it I'm unable to get rid of this symptom. Please help. How to reduce muscle twitching. My biggest concern. I don't smoke or drink.
