How to keep yourself busy in depression ... I hqve been suffering from depression and anxiety attack on the mind ...

I have a phobia of depression. I fear it, because there's isn't any method that can cure it for all population. Please help me to get over this fear by telling the treatment that have worked for everyone.

I have been suffering from anxiety disorder since last year. My thoughts gets change after a certain period of time. Recently i am getting intrusive thoughts like harming others or i will go crazy and voilent. have an urge to jump from roof top when i go on roof or balcony.when i try to stop those thoughts it gets more deeper.Does it indicates something serious? Now i am wondering that will i ever act on these thoughts? Or are they common in anxiety disorder?
