I am sleeping for more than 10 hors lately from past 20 days and it even exceeds to 12 to 13 hours.. Is it any hormonal change or something really serious with me..

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Excess sleep is also a symptoms of depression in your mind. With any such worrying thoughts in your mind, the body tend to become too lazy and causes excess sleep.
Do observe and analyze any such symptoms happening to you recently. If so better consult a psychologists directly or online for further evaluation.

Do you have any hormonal problem. If yes then you can discuss your problem with your doctor.
If you are not being treated for any hormonal problem then get your blood sugar and thyroid level get tested.
