Paranoid about getting hurt physically and loosing everything i have. Oversensitive and short tampered

Doctor I am suffering from anxiety and depression since 5 month.and the anxiety is related to academics.i felt very panic at some time when my teachers ask me some question.i felt nervousness and sweating profusely.i am taking Etizolam 0.25 once a day and fuloxetine 10 mg once day.the depression is cureable at now time.but the anxiety is very problem.etizolam 0.25 couldn't help me to overcome my anxiety.. Respected doctor please recommend some medicines which reduces anxiety and panic related symptoms.

I am 26 year male My problems are- Mood swings , loss of appetite, Loss of interest in life , feel lonely, Less self esteem, low self confidence Not able to live life to the fullest. Suicidal thoughts.

Hi I am 26 and not working I've switched lots of jobs . Good jobs. And the reason behind it is that I overthink I overthink everything a LOT which leads to depression i feel week and lazy 24x7 there's a tons of things and tasks I want to do i have a creative mind i have lots of ideas but I can't initiate just because I overthink everything and than ends up in depression. My dad have a history of overthinking and high blood pressure Help.

Dear Doctor! I am “self-diagnosed” with PMDD since I never have actually been diagnosed of PMDD through an MD. But why I think I have PMDD is the following: at first I didn’t even realize I have an issue, not even suspecting as “little” as PMS. My mom is highly addicted to high dose of sleeping pills like Trika 0.5 mg. She claims that she can't sleep without sleeping pills & she take nearly 5 pills at a time twice a day. Besides she uses Gurakhu regularly, every 7-10 min since she leave bed in the morning till she goes to sleep. Occasionally she also takes gutkha. In the past she attempted for suicide twice. I am looking for taking my mom out of these addictions, depression so that she can lead a normal, happy life ahead. She stays alone in Konnagar, Hooghly, WB. She lost her daughter (my younger sister) when she was 1 year & her husband in Aug 2015. I stay in Kolkata due to my job.

I have problem since 20 years that I can't do any thing but boosting and addict of tobacco and Sharab I don't know how I maintain my life now I am under your treatment the medicine you have given me is execrable but sometimes I can't sleep soundly
