I am 37 and diagnosed with OCD and have generalized anxiety, and suffer from panic attacks every now and then. I take very long time to do even the most trivial tasks but won't be satisfied with what I will have done and somehow struggle to finish the task. I do not have even a bit of concentration on anything I might start on and get distracted easily have a hard time coming to task at hand. I am god-fearing, but have obscene fantasies and struggle with guilt always because of such thoughts
