Insomnia what do i do ?
Hi doctor, It's been 3 days I couldn't sleep. I'm trying to sleep still not feeling sleepy but yes my entire body is paining badly. Please suggest.

There is many causes for sleeplessness.Physical causes as welk as Mental causes. Untill we know the exact cause we can't start proper treatment.
