I am suffuring from heavy headach per week respectivey.... And every time anywhere my mood is upset and i cont work with concentration and interesht...

I m an emotional guy..Last 9 month ,I have been struggling from emotional stress ,anxiousiy due to some bad incident happens in my life. I want to live a healthy life with peace of mind.but I did not overcome -ve thoughts and unable to mentain right balance between body and mind..

I am feeling depressed. Not feeling to go for work due to office politics. Too much work pressure is there.

I feel blank as my brain is not working. I am facing anxious mood also. I am not able to make any decision as if my barion knows nothing. I am irritated most of the times and many many more issues

I took a nexito 10mg pill last week Saturday and had a headache on Monday. I took a dart tablet when the headache became unbearable. Since then I am feeling heavy head and weakness. I though the symptoms will go in a day or two but it is still continuing. Sometimes I feel ok and sometimes the symptoms goes high. I am very worried. Please help
