I don't know what or how to feel. I'm mostly angry and I don't know what to do.

I am facing lot of problems because of my love issue i am nit getting which type of person he is i just want to know weather he is a good person or bad

Hi.. I am a girl 23years old from Kolkata... I must tell something before telling about my actual problem..I am in a relationship for 4years..after three years of my relationship, we had suffered a lot of problems nd at that time I got detached from him..in this time,I had shared something negative about him with my other friends and I know I had made a blunder.. Cz real lover can't disrespect her partner in front of any person..I was never fake with him and even not now..but when I realized that disrespecting him in front of other person is my mistake,I can't sleep well even. I had confessed him about this but not in detail.I can't say him the whole thing because my fear is losing him. I know he will never leave me but he will be very hurt..guiltyness is making me frustrated..I wonder always,how can I do this?? I can't get over myself from this regrettness..I am helpless.. How can I be free from this situation?please help..please..

Hello sir/ madam. From past 4 days my husband Don't ate anything . He have seviour body pain. Nt able to wake up from bed plz suggest me what to do?

I have anxiety panic disorder and BP problem from last 4 months .these problems related to each other .almost I have come panic attack daily .my treatment running from general physician. My question is can I free from this problem. Is this problem is deadly

Yes, i know medical science have some limitation...But from 2 years i am taking medicines for cannabis induced anxiety, depression, heavy head, constant headache ,panic attacks and many more symptoms... Are there any medicines or any product designed to cure this mental illness in a short time...From 3 years , i am inside home , i want to go outside and enjoy but this mental illness is not allowing me to do anything except basic needs to live... Please provide a product which can help me increasing my brain power and make me normal like others.. I am not able to live with such condition anymore...my symptoms are at peak... i dont know what to do in life except having food, sleeping and smoking plain ciggarate

I've been panicking at every crowded place when I'm alone and I'm breathing heavily because of it I'm spacing out a lot and my mood change quickly

Sir/ Mam I am not able to sleep properly.. I sleep and after sometime approx 2-3 hours I woke up... And after that.. I am not able to sleep ... why is this happening ??? Is this due to because I am stressed too much ... ??

My husband his having over stress in his office ....and he his not having any proper sleep....so he needs good sleeping capsules ....he should sleep till morning
