I’ve been suffering from depression for about 2 years now but I only went to see my GP about 2 months ago. She put me on Sertraline but I forgot to tell her at the time that I was suicidal because of how emotional I was. Now I’m even lower than that now and I’ve even started making plans to end my life. I need help ASAP!!

I donno what is wrong wid me but I have lost interest in my daily routine. I am not wiling to to do my work at office which i actualy liked. I sleep more these days. I was so understanding to people but now its Like I dnt have patience at all. I am overthinking everything. Im always thinking negative. Sometimes, I suffer severe headache and I guess I fainted twice. i donno what is dis.. but sometimes even wen a pen falls from my hand, I feel for a second as if something really bad had happened.

I have been very depressed by my families problems and gets bad thoughts and want to get relief from it .........

He is elder son of house and After his dad diagnosed with kidney failure and mom also have some health issues,He feels low everyday.  Also want to go for higher studies but because of current state of his house. He is not able to do that. He feels depressed because not able to do anything for his family and not able to live his dreams because of this. Plus he is not enjoying his job.  he Feels sad and always in tension.

Last year after my fathers death i have diagnosed with high bp.I am on medicine. but till now i have problem like palpation ... Some time I feel numbness in my left side..if aomw pain in chest i though it ia heart attck.. brain stroke. sometime i took lonazep. i feel heartbeat drop fweling. please tell thisnis anxiety or anything else?

Whatever I read I forget very soon on the same day. Have very week memory. What should I do. Whom to consult?
