I have to consult with psychatrist for me for i have the fear that at night  night fall happens to me

I've been too depressed lately. But before that, I was very active and happy. I've been too irritable and I think I am affecting the people around me. I feel like I'm a burden and I am better off dead. How much would a consultation be?

Want to leave daily dose of Lopez MD2 and quel SR50. I am taking these medicine daily at night since 7 months.

Is it safe to take risperidone and escitalopram for long duration like 6 months to 1 year? Currently I am on a daily dose of 2mg risperidone and 10 mg Escitalopram.

For the past month I have been experiencing a loss of reality feeling, as if I'm stuck in a day dream or like when you look down at the floor and you get stuck staring there, that's how im.feeling all the time like if i. Cant wake up.from this day dream I am able to.do everything like I have done before but it just worries that this is something serious and.i can't stop Think kin about it I do have headaches at least 1 a week, i am.jusy scared that this is something.serious but I hope it's not

I haven’t been able to eat properly like i used to. I don’t get hungry from about 1 or 2 days and when I finally do get hungry, I eat a little bit of food and I throw up and feel sick. Also, I’m attached to a friend and this all started when I got closer with him

My mind is under pressure...It's not working...its stagnant at one place...No activeness... Very much in problem

Bad panic/anxiety attacks in the last week. Worse than even before. I have been on Citalopram for months but halved the dose a week ago. Could this be the reason?

I have struggled with a sugar addiction all of my life, and recently my cravings have only gotten worse. I live very healthy outside of my sugar addiction. I did some research and read about a drug called naltrexone that is normally for opioid addicts but has been used off-label to help treat binge eating and sugar addiction at a very low dose. I also read the medication is safe with minimal side effects. Would my doctor be open to prescribing me an off-label use? Why or why not?
