For 6 yrs now, i have been going in and out of depression, and it has become huge block in my life and studies. i am unable to study because it is as if i am scared of anything productive. There is so much i want to do with my life but I am stuck. Used to be suicidal, when it got really bad. Whenever i try to get back up in life, i get tired in a few days and i get sad for no reason and i sleep all the time to avoid life, i miss meals, classes. I just waste time. Im always tired.

Dear, From whatever you have decided, it appears that either you are already in clinical depression or are moving towards it. It is strongly recommended that you should see a psychiatrist or a Psychologist in person soonest to get professional help. They will be able to guide you appropriately towards your next step. Please do not procrastinate else your condition will deteriorate. Do it at the earliest.
