My mind is under pressure or stress ..Burden...Due to more expectation from myself...From.last 4 years...Very difficult time for me to spent such 4. Years...In gloomy...Depression...Anxiety...Now I m getting some relief bt not complete recovery...I have consulted psychiatrist many times...Bt my condition is such that I m voiceless due to this pressure...And my behaviour acc to my age also changes...Confidence fell down...Self esteem problem...Some emotional disturbances...

I'm 16 years old and I suffer from a pounding headache every now and then. every month there comes 3-4 days where I can't feel my head and I get cranky at the smallest of things. I didn't consult a doctor in the past for this suffering. the headache lasts for 6-8 hours.

Hello, my bf cheated upon me. I forgive him n giving him a second chance coz I love him alot n he also admitted that he loves me too. We were planning to get married soon before this cheating. But nowadays as m not able to trust him, I am cautious about him. I want my trust Back in this relationship, still m worrying about him or thinking about what he is doing right now? I've had an insomnia episode that's now been going on over a month. Initially ambien helped but I built up tolerance. I went to doctor twice first prescribed zoloft which did nothing for a week then took amitriptyline after 4 nights that didn't help either. Last couple of days I've noticed random periods of numbness on my face and head. My heart beats fast at times. Is my life in danger? I don't do drugs I don't drink caffeine.

My head is under pressure from last 4 years ...Very low improvement...And u doctors said be positive...The person who is battling with depression how he can be positive...My advice first I doctors try to be depressive .

I was diagnosed with depression ..than bipolar mood disorder ..finally I was told that I have obstructive sleep apnea ..at present I am taking these medications ...do u think I must stop taking colontril

I am facing issues where m feeling depressed over everything. Anxiety, sleeplessness, no hunger I can go sleepless for more than three days and still can't fall asleep Deep thinking and no results in my pattern

Can anxiety make you crazy or can it lead to a early Death hate the feeling I just wana feel normal again
