Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Dear Sir
Feeling too sleepy and lazy could be due to a lot of factors. Firstly it is necessary to rule out any physical cause like thyroid abnormality.so see a doctor to rule out any physical health problems. It couldalso be due to lifestyle factors like too much screen time especially at night which might interrupt your sleep and lead to excessive sleepiness during the day. Lack of sleep can be a sign of depression or other mental health problems. So kindly see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation.
Hope this helps

Probably, you aren't happy or satisfied in your job.
Or, you might find someone very difficult to handle at your office., etc.,
For a detailed understanding, do consult a psychologist personally either online or offline.
