Iam feeling very depressed every time
Iam feeling depressed every time the every situation around me leading me to become more depression and feeling lack of energy or even to move or walk.iam not getting a positive way to speak with anybody.yesterday in our area a dance programme was conducted.i couldn't dance.by comparing with everybody iam feeling more and more lack of energy by thinking others may laugh at me.

What I could understand that you must have developed a intense feeling of inferiority. I would suggest that you need to accept yourself as you are and don't compare yourself with anyone around as everyone is unique. So it is suggested that you explore yourself and you can find out your positive sides.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
