How to be calm and cool all the time .I always feel nervous and anxious.my brain always think too much and I can't help it.I need a break from thinking and fear.

First it needs evaluation to understand if the anxiety is pathological or normal. Normal anxiety is part of day to Day life without which we donot move towards taking actions. In a way it’s a biological process.

Thinking is not something which one can stop, but one can definitely control it or modify it.. avoiding negative thinking by getting involved into something u like or love..also if u r anxious n nervous all the times suggest that u r stressed bcz of something that is constantly keeping u occupied..try getting rid of that stressor at first place. U can find peace only after that... Communicate to ur bear ones about ur anxiety n nervousness. Exercise regularly which will help improve ur mood by release of endorphins.
