I get random thoughts all the time mind is never calm continuous chatter sometimes negative thought that makes me cry
When i am doing nothing or sitting idle or scroll on phone my mind is having continuous conversation or scinario in mind recently i notice when i am walking all the time my mind is making fake scinario and conversation and living in it sometimes i start smiling randomly bcuz of these thought bcuz of this i am not able to focus on studying
Even in social interaction often my mind get disctracted
I tried mindfullness to get back to present i get back for few second and then i get distracted again i repeat mindfulness but it never work.
