Hi When you sit quietly, your mind slips into deep thought and you start feeling detached like you’re not fully “here” until you touch something or someone. The vibration or strange body feeling is likely a mild dissociative or grounding loss response, often linked to stress, anxiety, or overdoing meditation. Some precautions for you Do grounding touch, move, feel textures, notice sounds. Reduce meditation frequency (not every hour). Do slow breathing and small physical movements when it starts. It’s not dangerous, but if it happens often or feels scary, take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

You have explained your symptoms and trying yoga and meditation too for reducing your distress Symptoms that you explained are suggestive of OC symptom It further needs to be explored in terms of frequency, duration, exact thought process during that time period, family history, any ongoing stressor or environment change As per my opinion, you must plan a consultation with a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation of the symptoms, management plan as Medications plus relaxation exercises will be planned accordingly Do not worry, a definite diagnosis is made only after a detailed assessment, you will be alright and feel better with expert opinion
