This is too short a time to understand if you have really got a sleep problem, if the problem was a long standing one, then only sleeping pills are suggested.
And the medicines often become addictive and people tend to abuse them in the long run, it is better to see a clinical psychologist if the problem persists
Also you have not mentioned if you have got any other health concerns.
