I can't sleep at night I usually feel sleepy in the morning tell me what to do please give me suggestions for good and better sleep

For a good sleep 1. Must avoid mobile , laptops and gadgets 1 hour before sleep. 2. Avoid using Mobile and laptop in the dark room 3. Exercise , or yoga or morning walk or gym regularly. 4. Too much stress , anxiety can affect sleep. If  it present then seek help to Psychologist or me. 5. Avoid using Coffe , tea too much in whole day , specially at night. 6. Obesity can also cause sleeplessness. 7. Nightwatching is also a bad havit. Change it , then u feel sleep at night also. 8. Avoid thinking stressful thoughts just before sleep. Think positive and inspirational thoughts which inturn keep ur mood good in sleep and also after awakening. 9. Check for Any other physical problems like Hypothyroidism , hypertension , migraine etc. 10. Sometime causes lies deep in the mind then Consult Psychologist for better mental health management.
