Hello practo user I can understand what you might be going through due to high negative thinking and the anxiety could be due to the same. The symptoms mentioned above are indicative of Anxiety disorder along with depression. Both can be treated with combination therapy i.e. medecines along with psychotherapy. The treatment might takes few months depending upon the individual and the severity of the symptoms.Try consulting a clinical psychologist along with a psychiatrist for better management of your symptoms. Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
