I face issues due to my extreme health related anxiety. It goes to a point where I find it difficult to function my mind stops working. I keep on panicking and it gets very difficult for me to carry on my daily chores. Help needed

I have been facing mental health issues and recently visited the Psychiatry Department at a Government Hospital. The doctor prescribed some medicines, but these are not available in the hospital, so I have to buy them from outside. I approached a charitable trust for help, and they agreed but asked for an expenditure letter from the treating Psychiatric doctor. However, when I requested the letter, the doctor said they can’t provide it for OPD patients, as expenditure letters are only issued for admitted patients. Now, the charitable trust says they can't help without the expenditure letter, and I'm stuck in between. The medicines are expensive, and I can't afford to buy them from my pocket. Since psychiatric medications need to be taken for a long time and are not available in Jan Aushadhi, in generic form, or at the hospital—and I’ve already tried all available alternatives—how can I get help from the charitable trust?

I gave a few self assessment tests for autism and it was found that I have a very high probability of being Autistic. I also have most of the symptoms of an autistic person. Please tell me what the full cost of an adult Autism diagnosis is, if it's a huge amount then I will have to delay in getting a diagnosis.

I am suffering from depression, so the doctor advised me to take flunil 20mg + Lopez 2mg daily and Lopez 2mg again at night before going to sleep, but I want to quit Lopez 2mg. I have not been taking Lopez 2mg for 2 days and instead the doctor has given me zapiz 0.5mg. I am getting such thoughts that I should self-harm myself, like I should finger my eyes, etc. These thoughts are very strong in me. I am controlling myself with great difficulty. What should I do? Is all this happening to me because of quitting Lopez 2mg or is there any other new problem. Please help.

Hi,. Iam always having the feeling that iam having some chronic diseases. Somedays I think I have cancer, other days jaundice , pneumonia, etc etc etc. Most of the times iam really afraid that I will get cancer. I don't know why. I had USG abdomen scan. Full body blood report. Everything was good. Not major problems was there. Everybody around me my family members are scolding me or making fun of me that I am always telling I have some health issues. I don't know how to get rid of that.

She has pain in the body and doctor diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Than she started Dulexotine tablet but that time she got good response but now again pain in the body started. We did all advance and basic test for health but there is no finding.Is it similar to fibromyalgia? Nauseaeptive, Neuropathic, Nosyplastic pain , Can we proceed with diagnosis with Amitriptyline drug?

No control on thoughts like sucide and all and have anxity issue from past 1month and no control on shiveriing

I am on Mirtaz since 3 years for my insomnia. But, I want to switch to a different medication, as I have prediabetes, and also, not able to lose belly fat, despite trying all diets, due to slow metabolism. Can I switch to Suvorexant or Doxepin?
