I am facing depression due to which my thought pattern is disturbed and all irrelevant thoughts disturb me the whole day.. when thought pattern is disturbed is it depression and what are the best ways to deal with it..i feel sometimes that i cant fight with my brain..

I need help with Depression, Unable to concentrate and ability to recall things .

Into depression. Loss of appetite . Insomnia . No concentration In work. Getting angry, irritated all the time. in a relationship right now. Went through a divorce two years back. Emotionally weak right now

I am facing anxiety and depression from the last 2-3 months, I have tried a couple of things but seem to fail every time. It feels as if I am stuck!! I have a history of mental abuse by my father, and those memories seem to haunt me every time I try to move on

I assume, I am suffering from depression, mood swings happen through out the day. Can't see any luminous lights, fear factor has over taken me.

Hi Doctor, Iam unable to sleep properly at night.When i sleep in sleeping some dreams. again when i sleep dreams so i unable sleep daily like this. But i have in depression in 1 and half year ago.But psychiatry prescribed some medicine that is (Mirtaz 7.5/ 1/2tablet) and (Amazeo 50 1/2 tablet) tablets for one month daily at night (Before 1 and half year back). But iam suffering with some Cronic health problem Lower back pain Since 1 year that's Y,when i have depression for back pain i purchase medicine and take directly above psychiatric medicine from 1 year continuously weakly 1 or 2 tablets i take. Now i doubt about psychiatric medicine. Is there any Side effects for Sleeping problem because continuously using but above prescribed one month (psychiatric medicine)please tell me the solution is there any side effects for using long time psychiatric medicine. Iam scaring about this.
