Can I use clomipramine for depression . which antidepresant is useful if I am in a great grief of some loss.

I am a 35-year-old male and I had taken the stress test a couple of days ago. My results show that I have high-stress levels and I don’t know how to go about the results. Can someone help me with the basics of the stress test and tell me what abnormal stress test results are? What is the normal range and what point is considered to be the indicator of high-stress levels?

Need help on whom to consult psychiatrist or cardio or any other doctor. BP shoots high when angry and he is always sleepy n tired and looses patience frequently . He gets anxious when given any work/ responsibility and overthinks. Gets confused and hyper easily and shouts, looses temper over petty issues. His family history involves mom with high BP, diabetes, bipolar syndrome/ depression. His father die d of Alzheimer's. His brother died at an early age of 25 with intestinal cancer. He has gases and when it goes extreme he gets headache. Please suggest if Homeopathy would help for a permanent cure. He always has bodyache and tired with no energy to even lift his hand.Sleeps around 8hrs to 10 hrs a day.

Last one month i am suffering from insomnia .i have to pass sleepless night .during day time i feel anxiety i find no interest in any thing .though taking medicine prescribed by psychritic i fear to take medicine for side effect.20 years i also suffered similar type problem. Nearly for 2 years.

2-3 years ago i smoked too much of marijuana and got a massive panic attack, after that episode i stopped every type of smoking. But i developed anxiety disorder and due to high anxiety i was prescribed clonazepam and then i started having skipped beats. Now I have fear of rapid heart beat due to which i stopped jogging,i do only walking. I have done every tests possible to rule out any major concerns. But this anxiety is not leaving me. I am becoming hypochondriac. I fear to live alone. Now a days even small worries gives me panic, and chest pains. Please suggest me what to do.

Sir, I can fall asleep only by late night at 3:00 AM. I had retinal detachment surgery 3 months back due to which I had fallen in depression. Everything is fine now but I feel that I am still suffering from depression as I can't fall asleep early at night and for all day long I feel exhausted and tired even without any work. I had tried to correct my sleep routine so I can fall asleep latest by 11:00 pm but I get fail to do so. Sir is there any medication for such problem?
