Hello, My brother suffering from some serious health issue those I understand are below: 1. Over thinking,one negative thought all day 2. Stomach pain,no digestion 3. Joint pain 4. Weakness Suspected reason I found that he was take medicine from sanaysi aurveda,reviews on internet are very same health issue written by many people's. Need your direction to heal these problem. I wanted but am not able to set my goal , am not able to plan, their is no future orientation, I wanted to study but their is no motivation or interest to do , their is lack of concentration also, my friends are going ahead I also wanted to go but I can't, don't know why, before I was having anxiety of own death, that anxiety has been reduced bit, I feel like there is no interest in life I just to office and come back this is what is going on? am on nexito 15mg ,its affecting my relationship, can u tell me what happened to me?

Docto since around last 8-10 months I am in a situation that I am crying too much . This situation occurs when someone loves me too much ( say my wife ) , someone fights with me ( anyone in family ) , when I think about my teenage son, or even when I see an emotional scene in movie . I am obese 108 kg with 5 feet six inches and otherwise healthy .

Sir it's been 12 yrs... I can't sleep properly. Many of my nights went awake... Now I m worried as I can't sleep I can't do any work properly... I fell asleep about between 3:00 - 5:00 am in morning... My study is getting affected and I m gettiny fat too without eating a lot...

I live in a hostel. I am a very thin boy and also I am smaller than others. The older boys of our hostel use to disturb me and make fun of me. Today one of the boys slapped me on my head very strongly. There is no external injury but my head is spinning and I feel uncomfortable and dizzy. Will the dizziness and the uncomfortable feeling go away after sometime? Has the slapping on my head damages Brain? Is my brain okey?

I've been having unnecessary worries. Can't concentrate on anything. Head feels so heavy all the time. Problem in sleeping. Weird food habits. Feel hopeless. Please help!
