I am a 36-year-old female and I am presently a school teacher. I used to work in the IT sector before and it used to be really stressful and unhealthy for me and hence I had to change my profession. I had taken a stress test before when I was working as an engineer and I have taken the test again recently. My stress levels are almost at the same point yet, my doctors tell me that I have high-stress levels. Does stress test results differ by age factors?

Suffering from Poor quality sleep with vivid dreams leading to unrested feeling and day time sleepiness and constant  lethargy and lack of motivation

For last 2 weeks I feeling a vein in my forehead which swells, comes up and goes down for a second no pain though. Again this happens. It keeps happening in the whole day after sometime. What to do.

Taking dosage of lonazep 0.5 mg, mydula 40 mg and meacal-5G tablet..This kind of dosage is given to cure which problem?? Still confused..Plz help

Hi doctor, My mother used to go to Satsung, and she was in deep attachment with it, now from past 7-8 months she is not going to Satsung and Started behaving weirdly, with the people around her. She is claiming that someone else is controlling and disturbing her all the time, she can't focus on things and quiet all the time. She is even not talking in a good tone sometimes to the family members. We took her to the Safdarjung, they gave few medicines which she is not taking frequently and now her condition is becoming worse day by day. Can you please suggest anything, we live in Vasant Vihar, I don't stay in Delhi with my parents but our relatives can come with my mom to you, if you find this case suitable.

Some times my son aged 6 yrs become too abnormal behaviour. He will start using sting language like, u due or I'll die. U kill me. I will kill you. Also some time start telling will go out of house or will due. Then u will know with a sircastic smily. We are very much worried. Plz guide. Thanks

When i shake hands with someone i want to wash hand ASAP i don't know why when my body touch with someone i like to change the cloths according to me i get tantion that he/she can have any desease now i will also arrested by that disease so i wash my hands changes cloths . What i should do now. I am son of a doctor once i went to my fathers hospital a used needle was injected to me by a mistake from that day this story begins i have done whole body tests but everything negative but washing habit changing cloths and other habits are still arresting me day by day.

I m having forgetful memory , I forget things quite oftenly, Instances are : 1) Forgot my wallet at restaurant. 2) forgot keys in the scooty n I went for shopping n when I came back luckily keys were there, 3) lended money to someone , and forgot to take back etc Instances are many , I have been facing this past a year , Now I have failed in my exams  because it is very difficult for me to memorise facts and data, apart from memory everything is normal Forgetful memory has my life very disturbed and annoying. Please help .

Sir, i would like to tell you from initial. In 2015 HOLI, I drank cannabis (bhang). Usually if i drank bhang then after some times its affect were completely fall out. But in 2015 HOLI its become severe for me and i went to doctor, he gives me medicine one of which is Zapiz .25. But after a month i again gone into depression. At the same time there was a earthquake in 2015 while i was in siliguri. After that it becomes very serious to me and i went to neurosurgeon DR. N. MAHAPATRA in dhanbad. In his observation i feel better but only upto which i take the medicine. Once i leave the medicine, it repeat again. In 2017 October 6th, i went to psychiatrist DR. NARESH VADLAMANI in hyderabad. His medicine works very well for me. Upto march my medication is continue. After i feel better and lives my life happily. On 24th August 2018 i experienced fainting, dizziness. Taking nexito plus.have been going under treatment for last 10 years.Things have improved but not to that extent.Still not able to express himself and hence unsatisfied with himself.Even smaller works seems to be tuff at work place .No curiosity to learn new things as it seems its impossible
