Just observe and analyze what's happening around you in the recent times. Hi there! As you are yourself aware that these appear to be symptoms of depression you must take certain steps now. If possible talk to any mature person in family and consult a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. They will be able to assess you severity and start treatment plan which may include therapy and medications.
