Why I always fight with the close people.. I always end up making relationship with my friends or anyone sour by fighting bez i feel they hurt my ego and try to supress be it my college or school or anyone i always end up arguing

Dear client Are u asking for  professional  help or asking a rhetorical question? It seems you are well aware of your emotions.You are also aware of repercussions of your actions  .All we have to do is keep tab on when and how your emotions trigger your  actions.

You can try and practice meditation on regular basis which will help you calm down and clear your thoughts . Try and spend some quality time with your close family members and friends and engage in conversations which are common in nature . Go for regular exercises which will help release the frustration . It seems that you are a victim of poor impulse control. Poor impulse control can be a long-standing problem in conditions such as Impulse control disorder or Personality Disorder. It can also present as a new onset symptom in conditions such as Depression or other Psychiatric disorders. There are solutions available for this. First of all, an assessment of the underlying cause has to be made.

Consult a Psychiatrist for further evaluation and management. It is strongly suggested that a person who knows you for long time should accompany you to the Psychiatrist, as some of the personality traits are better known to others around you.
