My husband is into alchol business. Now a days i am seeing lots of changes in him he started drinking more n roaming with his friends a lot giving very less time to his family. He comes home very late nights or skips coming home. If he is at home he keeps watching mobile or laptop rarely we will talk at home. Im worried how it ll effect my son he is 4.5 years n im second preg.

Im getting slight pressure in head and tightness in head and pressure in forehead. I getting stress. If it is tension headache kindly suggestme medications.

How to get freedom from catotrophising thoughts what is the proper way to get relief from such thoughts

Recently I started having a bad anxiety attack with these clusters or holes closely packed. I don't know why I started having it in the first place. I do remember having a honey bee comb in our home window for which my mother used to tell not to go close to it because it can fall off and sting us all. Then I also remember seeing it on some animal skin. But in so many years I didn't feel as much anxiety as I have been feeling in the last one year with this. I don't know how to deal with this. Today again I saw like a very tiny grey color cloth of that pattern on the floor and I began to feel the same discomfort.

डॉक्टर साहब देखिए यह प्रॉब्लम है मेरे छोटे भाई काफी दिनों से वह अजीब बिहेव कर रहा है लगभग चार पांच महीना बात बात पर गुस्सा करता है चिरचिरा रहता है मनमाने काम करता है जैसे कि जी की फिक्र ही नहीं रहती और गांजे का नशा भी करता है कल बाइक की चाबी नहीं मिली तो उसने लॉक तोड़ दिया हालांकि वह तोड़ना नहीं चाहता था बस उसे लगा मैं ठीक कर दूंगा बाकी उसे लगता है कि जैसे उसे बुखार है भाजपा को डॉक्टर के पास जाता है कभी भी कहीं भी सो जाता है और काफी सेलफिश बिहाव करता है और आजकल उसकी हेल्थ भी कुछ कम हो रही है बाकी तो नॉर्मल ही नजर आता है बस ध्यान से देखने पर और समझने पर उस चेंज नजर आता है हालांकि हालांकि वह पहले से ही काफी सीधा साधा लड़का था

Many times I got angry immediately and also abuse family members. Should I consult a neurologist or any other specialist. Which tests are required to diagnose the problem. Plz advise.

Hi, I think I am suffering from clinical depression. These are my symptoms 1. Increased heart rate 2. Loose motion 3. Chest pain while breathing. 4. Constantly thinking about something negative 5. Unable to concentrate on my work 6. Sudden and frequent urge to cry. 7. Also sleeping on time but still get awake at night 8. Always in fear or anger. Please suggest what should I do.

I feel heartbroken for no reason.. I m crying without knowing why. I feel like I should take overdose of tablets and go unconscious so that I can get rid of this pain.i m deeply sad.
