What is best sleeping aid for long term use? I am on escitalopram and fluoxetine randomly and want a good sleeping aid which is non addictive and safe .

Hi, My sister is suffering hand tremor from few years and being untreated till date. Its recently increases and she is feeling pain also in hand. Recently see a neurologist and he suggested for an MRI and says this should not happen in this age. This means what he suspecting. Is it serious diseases. Please help me a bit to understand

I recovered from depression n anxiety in one month.. am taking feliz s 10mg rivotril 0.25mg n tolaz dt 5mg. I m gaining weight due to tolaz dt can i stop taking it. How long should i take feliz s 10mg after feeling normal again. Age 25 female

For consumption of Oleanz RT 10MG, doctor suggested some blood test to be performed every 5 months. Currently he is outside country & I would appreciate if a psychiatrist can advise the correct blood test tat should be conducted & what aspect of blood needs to be monitored for Oleanz RT 10mg consumption. I am taking fluxotine 20 mg  (2-2-0) with propranolol from last 2 years and I am out of severe tension now but I still can't concentrate on a thing becoz my mind oppose of everything which I want to do and I have a gut feeling that this problem came into me from my father and my brothers also suffering from this. Am I right ? I think that my mind doesn't work on a particular level and it is varieng one level to another down level . My mind was like a child's mind till 25 years .Will I be a mature person ? Or should I take different medicine to fix my mind on a fixed level ? How it will grow ? With the help of which medicine I will be a mature person ? Am I taking right medicine ? Should I take olnazpine also to fix it on a particular level ? Help urgent

I had an empty liquid Handwash bottle. Once I mixed pesticide in it to kill some pest. After I killed the pest I forget to throw the bottle away. The next day I went to do coaching class away from home. When I came back home after 4 months, I bought a refill pack of handwash and I filled the same bottle where pesticide was there. I completely forgot about the incident. For some days I am regularly using the poison mixed hand wash before eating food. I eat food with my hands. For some days little poison/pesticide has been entering my stomach. Today  suddenly I thought about it and I threw the bottle away. Will the little amount of poison which entered my stomach damage my brain and nervous system.? I have heard that pesticide poisoning harms nervous system. Will anything happen to my brain and memory power?

Respectiv sir I have suffered very have pain in left solder to elbow and fell vibrating in full left hand .I can not sleep at night because pain increas in night . I m a physical trainee and do work hard . Plz sujjest me effective medicine.
