I am in love with a boy and he is refusing to marry me due to family issues. I lost my sleep, interest in work and am unable to do anything but thinking of him and cry. I have been crying continuously and took leave from office as I couldn't control my tears. Can you please help me overcome the situation

My mother is unable to sleep and dealing with insomnia and depression for a year. But now it had incresed a lot she is unable to sleep which caused too much anger so i gave her valium 10 mg for sleeping it had helped in sleep but in the morning she faced severe weakness and now she started laughing like no reason cannot control her laughter from morning to night for no reason and also face hullicination...please advise..

Sir for past 8 months I am appearing in my promotional based exams I m failing continous ly now I m really fed up with my stupid studies and even I m in a position I have to pass for my exams I can not quit those exams for my next job employment. I m unable to sleep I feel anxious & depressed and just cut & harm myself to get over with now it is too much for me I m a burden and now I imagine everytime for silent death

Just need to know whether I am mentally fit. I am crying for everything sometimes with no reasons. I hate marriage. I hate each and everything. But I am being compelled to do marriage. Feel like committing suicide always. Sometimes want to run away. Not able to explain

My sister recently(4 months ago) completed her course of TB diagnosis, she showed strange behaviour during this course and it is still going on. she laughs and cries loudly with no reason. her body jerks a lot too.

I am a epilipse patient. I take anti epileptic drug and under treatment of neurologist. EEG is done every year. But from i last 5-6month i found when I think deeply something or when I do some work in computer with great concentration , i feel pain in my neck then middle of my head . To more I think about the pain the more I feel it. There after if I do some relax work such as seeing facebook, listing music etc or not think about this pain. The pain goes out. Now I am very nervous as one of my colleague said that it might be due to brain tumor. Please help. What will i do now? Is this a symtoms of tumor? Please advise me I am very nervous.

I am a 27 year old female and my husband is 34 years old. He has been having some mental problems for the past couple of months and he is facing really tormented sleep. He is having some sleeping disorder too. I want to know how to treat sleep disorders through psychology based treatments.

I have many issue related to health since years , recently I'm taking treatment of migraine and depression. Due to some reasons I always feel dizziness, fatigue and digestion problem. Doctor suggests me medication but i can't afford treatment due to family problems kindly suggest me some medicines and diet to get rid of these symptoms.

Hello. I am experiencing severe migraine from past 5 years. I was on beta cap for years and my hair started falling severely . I took Topirol tablet too along with reduced dose of betacap. I am working from just one year. I had severe migraine since my engineering college. presently I'm taking Eliwel 10 and Libotryp 12.5. I want to get rid of the tablets if there's any way. As it's more than five years I am on daily medication. I get headache when I see sunlight or smell strong perfume or if I have head bath. I had headaches when I was in school too but not this consistent. I'm completely dependent on tablets Please let me know what would work best for me.

Relationship problem with wife. Need the psychiatrist help on this. And also I need the guy who can understand telugu very well.
