I was married nearly a year ago ,I live in Jaipur while my partner was away during initial period of marriage for 2 months. During this time since I was new in city , I used to stay full day alone in home with little or no work to do i used to just simply think a lot full day and night , so I became insomniac , I didn't sleep properly for straight few days, when he came back I gradually started getting sleep but I use to wake up suddenly sometimes , I am having headaches now sometimes ,I was diagnosed of blood pressure I my having bp - 130|90. I joined meditation classes ,which gave me some relief. Now I am having neck ,shoulder and sometimes chest pain from about 1 month so I was going for pysotherapy classes for neck exercise and from past 2 days swelling has been developed around neck . Please I am not able to ascertain which doctor should I consult. Is going to pysciatrist right decision?
