Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life . It seems that you are going through some stress either personal or professional which could be contributing to the bodily symptoms and negative thinking as well . You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation to improve your concentration and also to relax your mind , break down big tasks into smaller tasks to get a sense of achievement and completion , you can also maintain a thought diary in which you can write about the positive events which happen during the day and also try and find rational and not emotional explanations for your crying episodes . For better sleep you can try and relax yourself before bed by taking a warm shower , avoiding caffeine and limiting the time spent on phone . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for proper diagnosis of your issues and providing you healthy and positive coping skills and techniques for the same . For any further help or guidance you can get in touch with me through the practo app .
