Very rude behaviour
Many times I got angry immediately and also abuse family members. Should I consult a neurologist or any other specialist. Which tests are required to diagnose the problem. Plz advise.

You should consult a psychiatrist for a complete evaluation of your mood, feelings and thoughts..they will decide what tests to be done but consultation is important for the well being of you and your family

Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation you are currently facing . Getting angry immediately and abusing your family members seems like you are going through a stressful situation either professional or personal which is causing the outburst . You can try and practice backward counting and deep breathing when you feel you are getting emotionally angry . Try and engage in activities which are relaxing in nature , try and go for regular exercise for an hour to release your pent up energy and also will help you feel better about yourself. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an in-depth analysis of your case and also help you to understand healthy and positive coping strategies for your issues . You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist

Are there any other problems other then getting angry.? In case you are facing other issues like lack of Concentration, memory issues or decision-making, only then it makes sense to go to neurologist, otherwise see a clinical psychologist who would be able to diagnose if you are having angry at a morbid level.
