Got Married just 2 months back, don't know about wife mental health before marriage, after somedays i notice she behaves abnormally like talking to herself, laughing without reason, not able to judge anything, getting confused.. Consulted psychiatrist. She has been presribed Risdone Forte. (1) Is it just a mild problem or something serious??? (2) She us feeling week after taking medicine, can i give her any protein powder???

How to be calm and cool all the time .I always feel nervous and anxious.my brain always think too much and I can't help it.I need a break from thinking and fear.

I've been experiencing unwanted thoughts related to cheating. I don't want to cheat. Most recent thought: I was imagining I wanted to be hugged on the waist by my boyfriend, and then the thought suddenly was telling me that the person wasn't my boyfriend (told me someone else's name that I also know). But I still imagined deciding to drag the hand to my waist (but doesn't mean that I wanna be hugged by another person). Then I tried to identify the person's face, it tried to change the face to my boyfriend's face. Then I didn't wanna get hugged anymore (but doesn't mean that I don't wanna be hugged by my boyfriend). In that thought, the person wasn't my boyfriend, or another person whose name was said either, because the face was unidentified. I don't want to get hugged by other people or certain person that's not my boyfriend but I don't know why I was still deciding to drag the person's hand to my waist in that thought when the bad thought had told me the person was another person.

I've been crying for an hour without any reason. And I'm unable to stop myself . I don't know what to do

I am unable to sleep for 4-5 days. I feel very tired but can't sleep at night. Need some sleeping pills

I used to feel that I have no power to think ..I just got blank ..my life is on autopilot.. I have smoke cigarettes alot..don't know but I can't feel or think clearly..

I am not able to concentrate. I am not able to retain things for a long time as it was earlier. Facing from loss of attention.

I am having hypertension medication since 5 months. Last 5 months I was in home with out any job.now I have joined in a job but even after taking medication iam not able to concentrate on work and study. When ever I try to study some thing iam getting headache and pain in eye nurves. Iam not able to concentrate at all. Even I try to study in that situation iam forgetting everything that I study.

I have sleeping problem for over 1 year ...but now it had become severe i often have sleepless night , weekness and tired everytime , had weight loss and loss of appetite. I also have thyroid and under medication for 4 years... Please advice

Respected Sir/Mam, I have been going to a problem for a long time wherein i am unable to converts my thoughts/ideas into action, which has been cause for a series of problems in my life and is also causing indirectly problem for my family. Whenever i try to convert my idea into action somewhat i feel like i cannot convert it in to action. Example: if i have a business related idea in my mind and i want to write it down in a book for my reference somehow i am unable to do that, i dont take that action of converting my idea. I want help in this case to know what i can do wherein i automatically converty my ideas into action. THANKING YOU.
